We book appointments that fit your schedule. I don’t assume you have spare time because most don’t. Your days are already fragmented and overbooked. The online option for sessions also helps you to save on travelling time.
You choose your focus area for the series. It doesn’t add another cognitive demand or another thing to “keep up with.” From our first conversation, you know what to expect, and my Healing and Growth Map guides you every step of the way.
By scheduling your sessions, your My Breakthrough Series doesn’t compete directly with work, causing anything that sits outside the flow of the day to usually priority-lose. Your micro-breaks in the form of pauses between meetings, after calls, and before decisions are respected. Your wellbeing fit into the moments that already exist.
