When you use the online booking system (OBS) you can expect the same personal attention as before, without having to phone back and forth to get a suitable date and time.

By using OBS your privacy is ensured because you don’t need to discuss your unique problems and concerns with a third party, like an assistant.

When you make the appointment you will be informed, via a confirmation email, which you have to download and complete a “Client information and consent form”. You complete the form and return it to Dr Barbara before your session to ensure that you get the service you need.

In-person sessions take place at her office in Pretoria.
